Friendly Service
Popped in to see about things to do in Freemantle & the area.
Received great and helpful information and arranged for a couple of tour bookings. All of the staff were really friendly but a HUGE thank you to the awesome Lee for excellent relevant & useful advice and great & (genuinely) friendly service.

Friendly and helpful
Very very friendly and helpful. We were helped by Lee who guided us through our bookings, and a other colleague, who's name I didn't grab - but everyone we met there was absolutely nice and competent and just amazing.

A true visitor information center
Lots of brochures, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and located in the heart of the city. Not much you can do to improve this...except for maybe free gelato for all foreigners who stop in!
