Earn Your Vino (EYV) encourages guests to slow down and experience immersive, mindful and sustainable travel that builds a deeper connection with a place and its people.
EYV caters for high end travellers that like to travel curiously, with touches of luxury to soften the edges of adventure. These all-inclusive bespoke immersive experiences follow the seasonal and winemaking calendar of Western Australia’s wine regions. Guests enjoy small group travel with insider access to award-winning winemakers and small family producers, and access to behind the scenes experiences and opportunities not normally available. A premium food and wine offering awaits at every mealtime, catered by one of the region’s most accoladed chefs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as payment of your deposit will constitute your agreement to all of the terms and conditions set out below within this email and the attached document “Earn Your Vino General Terms and Conditions”.
Due to the nature of this experience and the visitation to wineries restaurants and tastings the minimum age of guests must be 18 years of age. With respect strictly no under 18 children will be accommodated on the tour.
A non-refundable deposit of AUD $850.00 pp will be required to secure your place on the tour. The balance is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. The date for full payment to be received is 30 days prior to departure. Payment plans can be arranged to suit your requirements. Please note that once full payment has been received this is non-refundable due to the nature of tour.
If full payment hasn’t been transferred by the deadline Earn Your Vino reserves the right to allocate the spot to another guest due to high demand. Deposits are non-refundable in that case.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to Earn Your Vino. A cancellation fee of $850 pp is retained if cancelled 30 days prior to departure. 50% of the experience price will be charged for cancellation made more then 14 days prior. 100% of experience price will be retained for cancellation made less then 14 days prior to departure.
Refunds
No refund will be given for any service that you are unable to attend including but not limited to late arrival early departure poor health or by choice not to participate. This includes failure of any transportation to run and deliver you to your destination as planned.
