Stunning!
STUNNING! Earlsferry House is breathtaking. We had family visiting from out of town and needed a few extra rooms but were looking for something unique, and we found it nearby in Bassendean. The house has been lovingly restored to original grandeur but has all the modern amenities. The owners were wonderful to liaise with from our first inquiry until check out. The house sits on top of the banks of Swan River with beautifully manicured gardens. It is the perfect location between Bassendean and Guildford allowing easy access by car or train to the city and area attractions. We can’t wait until our next stay!

Gorgeous stay in April
Enjoyable one night stay at Earlsferry House in April. Superb grounds and great location to Swan Valley attractions. Blue room very spacious and comfortable. Friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts. Hope to be back later in the year for a longer stay.

Stately old home with genuine warmth
We stayed in the 'river room' for 3 nights at this beautiful home on the banks of the Swan River. The room was very spacious and led onto the balcony with views over the lovely garden and river. The house is close to the Swan Valley wineries and Perth hills which were blessed with a vast array of wildflowers while we were there. Martin and Jane are friendly and relaxed hosts who have created a wonderful atmosphere for guests.
