Hours: Monday 6:00am to 7:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am to 7:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am to 6:30pm, Thursday 6:00am to 7:30pm, Friday 6:00am to 6:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 10:30am, Sunday 9:00am to 10:00am, The gym is closed between 11:00am and 4:00pm during weekdays.

So Friendly & Welcoming!
My sister and I were in Margaret River for the weekend so dropped into CF Margaret River for a Saturday morning session. We left the session sweaty and tired and happy! It was a great workout and Ben and the CFMR team are so friendly and welcoming. Next time we're in the area, we will definitely go back to CFMR for a workout!

Learning new skills & having fun at the same time
Highly recommended! The transformation you get to experience when you stick to CFMR regular classes is beyond the "looks"... it's about your inner strength as a person!, your connection with awesome people who are all at the same page regarding healthy habits and mutual support. It's about learning new skills and having fun at the same time; feeling stronger and more flexible when you practice other sports. I've never experienced that at a gym and that's why I would recommend it to anyone.
