This outdoor area is a perfect way to relax and enjoy Broome Time, beautiful sea breezes and a short skip to the pool. As this is a perfect family holiday home there Tropical Gardens, nearby lush green park, and a relaxing walk to Cable Beach, the Camels, Sun & Surf.
Cook in or eat out at some of Broome's best restaurants Zanders, Sydney Oyster Bar, Divers Tavern, Bali High and Cable Beach Club Resort Grill.
This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Family Beach House has it all, perfect holiday home for the family or couples, featuring pool views from the master bedroom, with an attached ensuite with double sink and double shower.
Bedroom 2 has plenty of space to relax with a Queen bed sharing a full size bathroom that includes full sized shower and separate bath with Bed Room 3 that has 1 Double Bunk Bed and a Triple Bunk Bed.
Outdoor Area opens with two double glass doors to bring the tropical garden under the verandas in. Out side featuring lush tropical gardens, outdoor shower, cloth line and BBQ. All leading to a fully fenced refreshing pool.
Double undercover carport to accommodate 2 cars.
Linen, Cleaning & Admin Fee of $954 applies to your booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
