Our property would suite families and small groups wanting to take advantage of Mandurah's beautiful water ways. The mooring is situated at the front of the property and can fit up to a 6 meter boat which is accessed by a ladder.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Minimum 2 nights at any time. Bond of $500.00 payable on confirmation of booking.
This is refundable after satsfactory inspection by owner following departure.
Full payment due four (4) weeks prior to arrival date in peak season.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.
PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider.
To the fullest extent permissible at law the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking.

Peaceful getaway
My family and I had a great time over the Easter break at this villa. It's located in a handy area overlooking the canals with a private jetty for boat / jetski mooring. The service provided by the Owners was 5 stars and I recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful getawayExcellent place and friendly couple!
Not only the location is perfect, but the villa and all the equipment are complete and amazing. The owners are also friendly, very easy to communicate. Many Thanks for your wonderful, clean and great place, it's really great experience for my family.Modern and well equipped!
Had a wonderful stay in this modern well equipped holiday home. Everything we could need was supplied, kids loved the games and wifi of course. Furnishings in brand new condition, and kayaks lots of fun. hope to return again
