Description

You’ll feel welcome from the moment you arrive at BIG4 Beachlands. Our family friendly facilities are designed to keep kids busy, and the quality accommodation is sure to impress.
We have a wide range of self-contained accommodation- stunning jacuzzi bungalows, spa villas, chalets, ensuite sites and powered camp sites. This is one of the best RV friendly parks in the Margaret River Region.
A modern equipped camp kitchen includes free gas BBQs, microwave, stove, oven and large screen TV. You’ll also have free limited WiFi during your stay.
Dogs are welcome in selected accommodation and on sites during most of the year – bookings must be made direct through the friendly Beachlands team. It’s a 150m walk to a pristine dog exercise beach where you can also enjoy cycling, walking, fishing, swimming and snorkelling.
BYO or hire bikes from us for the short (3.5km) cycle into Busselton town. This is the perfect base to explore Busselton and the Margaret River region.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Changes for stays during peak season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the first nights tariff.
If a cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival tariff paid will be forfeited (however if your accommodation/site is able to be re-booked the portion re-booked will be refunded).

Cancellations at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival and will result in the forfeit of the first nights tariff.

Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reception hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid.
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge subject to availability. Check in time is after 3pm. A security bond of $200 in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation will be required on arrival. The park is SMOKE-FREE smoking is not permitted on the premises. Accommodation units are serviced on departure only unless prior arrangement has been made.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking;
Not be the person named on the credit card or not authorised to use the card; Not be able to pay for any charges; May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests; May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.

DOG BOOKING GUIDELINES:

With the exception of medically certified guide dogs dogs are only permitted by prior arrangement with the park.

In order to ensure the comfort enjoyment and safety of all guests staying at BIG4 Beachlands there are specific guidelines in place to ensure all dog owners take responsibility in regards to the actions and behaviour of their dogs. Please be aware that if you fail to adhere to these guidelines you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

Dogs must be registered and desexed.

Only one dog allowed per site/accommodation.

The dog must be leashed (leash to be no more than 2 metres in length) at all times while not in your van tent or accommodation.

The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended inside a tent van or accommodation unit.

Dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including camp kitchen pool area amenities playground or any public areas.

Dogs and any dog related accessories must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park.

Dogs aren't to be walked throughout the park we have a pet-friendly beach 150m away.

Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s waste.

Any guests whose dog is deemed noisy disruptive aggressive or is the subject of complaints from other guests may be asked to vacate their site. This is a management decision.

Dogs are accepted at managers discretion and some breeds will not be accepted.

Dog owners MUST contact the park directly on 08 9752 2107 or stay@beachlands.com.au to confirm a dog requests at time reservation.

Great Family Trip
We stayed in our caravan with 2 kids and our dog over school holidays and we loved every minute of it. Great location with walking distance to the beach and a bike ride into town. The kids were busy the whole time with all the park amenities and having coffee delivered to your door in the morning was the icing on the cake.

Excellent!
We are first-timers with a caravan park! So happy we picked well. This caravan park is neat and well maintained. We returned for another stay a fortnight later. This caravan park is well situated (near beach and main town area. Our son enjoyed the pillow trampoline, climbing trees and the bunk bed. There were go-carts too! We stayed in the self-contained villa (2 bed, 5 berth). Our puppy was welcomed too!

Great Holiday at Beachlands
We had an awesome stay at Beachlands. Family of 4 camping during school holidays. Sites were big, protected by trees and the amenities were top class. Theres 2x modern amenity blocks just 50m apart. Camp kitchen is huge with modern kitchen facilities and a large undercover area. Kids loved the pool, playground, giant pillow and the carts for hire. Plenty of room for scooters and bikes in the park, and safe. A range of food vans and activities during school holidays was welcomed. A fantastic central base to explore the south-west, or just relax at the park. Ray and all staff friendly and easy. Thanks for a great holiday guys.
