Welcome to Bay Dreamer, Unit 8 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coasts most stunning beaches, breath-taking views right from your private balcony, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! For guests use why not relax by the swimming pools and communal BBQs are perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch.

With a sitting room & TV downstairs, large open plan living upstairs, private balcony with outdoor setting, secure court yard, air-conditioning to the main living areas and ceiling fans to queen bedrooms. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.

RATES FROM *$180 per night. OFF PEAK *$250 per night PEAK (excludes long weekends, Easter, Xmas/NewYear period from 18th December to 30th January). *Rates are based on 4 guests, a surcharge of $20 per night applies to each additional adult (maximum 8 people) CHILDREN ARE EXEMPT FROM SURCHARGE. *Booking fee applies to all bookings. *Please contact Jurien Bayview Realty to confirm pricing

We provide basic amenities which include coffee, tea, sugar, bin bags,etc to make your arrival as carefree as possible until you have time to reach the shops.

The bedding arrangement is 2 Queens & 4 Singles (2 Bunk Beds). Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats. Sorry No Pets.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking: this will give you parking for 2 x cars or 1 small boat and 1 x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5 metres with a height restriction of 2 metres approx.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Booking Requirements: The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. This person must be within the booking party through the duration of the stay. We require a copy of a Valid Credit card and Photographic ID (Drivers License) as per the below security bond requirements. Any booking can be refused at the discretion of Jurien Bayview Realty.

Security Bond: A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address, drivers license number as well as credit card details. NO DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. If valid credit card details cannot be supplied, please contact our office for holding bond information. Your credit card details are destroyed by our office upon vacating the property when the property is found to be left in a clean order and no damage has occurred. Personal details are not given to third parties. Increased bond may be incurred for group bookings or at our discretion. If you require a late check in, keys will not be placed in the locked boxes without the required paperwork being received by our office prior to your arrival.

Deposit: For all bookings 50% of the tariff plus a booking fee of $25.00 is required as a deposit to confirm the booking. This deposit is payable at the time of your booking. The final balance of all outstanding monies is due twenty eight (28) days prior to your arrival unless specified earlier on your booking information. Payment may be made by bank cheque (made payable to Jurien Bayview Realty), money order, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, Online or direct deposit. If you would like to pay your payment via direct deposit our bank details are Jurien Bayview Realty Trust Account, BSB: 633-000, account number is 159003771 Please ensure that you put your surname as a reference so we know whom the funds have been deposited from. A receipt will be provided to you on arrival. There may be a surcharge for any credit card transactions.
