If more than seven days notice given (except between Dec 19th - Jan 5th where 21 days notice is required) - Full refund
If less than seven days given (except between Dec 19th - Jan 5th where no refund applies after 21 days) - 50% refund
If less than 48 hours given - no refund

The location is superb right in the centre of town. Very quiet. Huge apartment and very modern. We loved it.
