Holiday in one of six self-contained 2-bedroom units. Each unit sleeps four adults and has one queen room and two single beds. The Albany Holiday Home units are located in Middleton Beach, directly opposite the waterfront and park and are a short stroll to cafes and restaurants.

Description
Our Holiday Home units are all located in premium positions, self-contained, and the price is per unit, not the number of people. Each unit has a private bathroom, modern toilet, digital television, ceiling fans & heaters, fully-equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi with a communal laundry and BBQ facility. Portable cots and high chairs are available if required.
Stay in your 2 bedroom self-contained unit/apartment, which sleeps four adults (one queen and two single beds), with casual bedding available for an extra two (child) guests at an additional cost. Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests, both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.
Visit local wineries, the Natural Bridge, The Gap, Blowholes, Whaleworld and the National Anzac Centre. Enjoy a short stroll to shops and the beach. Coffee and tea available on arrival and your holiday will begin straight away! Parking included: there is one car bay allocated per unit. Additional parking is available across the street.
Rates are per night per unit. Minimum 2 night stay. You do not have to be a member to book. These are non-member rates, if you book with APIWA you can access their discounts and rewards program 5 - 25% discount off retail, dining and accommodation for 12 months.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations/Refunds/fees - A fixed compulsory administrative cancellation fee of $100 and fixed transfer fee of $50.00 applies to all Bookings without exception. Bookings cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date will be only credited at the discretion of the CEO. If a Booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to commencement, no refund shall be made. No refund is given on any unused portion of rental monies paid. In some instances the cancelled booking dates can be re-sold, in this case the re-sold portion may be credited but this is based on another Guest Booking the same unit at the same time to essentially take over the previous Booking to a maximum of 70% and does not always apply.

Very Clean
G’day, My holiday at Middleton Beach Albany, was very much enjoyed. We found the unit very clean & everything working & in its place. A credit to Stacey (the caretaker) The only improvement I can think of possibly making is to clearly mark the numbers on the parking bays. Although it is not hard to work it out. I hope to utilise the various units again, will have to try & book earlier to get one of the front units with a view. My fault for booking lateGreat location!
Great location, units are small, but have everything you need. Perfect for our family holiday. Excellent value for money. Google maps sent us to the wrong address - but caretakers were easy to contact and gave us much better directions! Not sure how we missed it!Excellent and Comfortable
Location was excellent, right on the beach. The court yard and laundry were great to have. Comfortable, perfect for a young family, good space in the unit. The hard floors are great and easy to clean.
