THE COTTAGE
The French provincial themed Country Cottage is located 4km from Wave Rock in Hyden. The Cottage makes a perfect holiday destination for families, couples, corporates and travelers seeking stylish and convenient short stay accommodation in Hyden. With a choice of two queen beds, two single beds and a port-a-cot, the cottage is fully self-contained with cooking facilities and spacious living areas making your stay more comfortable and economical. Suiting any family, The Cottage is ready-to-go with all the facilities you may require.
Conveniently located on the same street as The Bungalow, Smith Loop, The Cottage is perfect for family groups traveling together!
Only minutes to Wave Rock and located within the Hyden townsite, you have access to all that Hyden has to offer including the amenities needed to make your visit to Hyden a memorable and relaxing experience.
Price: $190 for 4 guests then $15 thereafter. Maximum occupancy 6 pax. Portacot FOC

THE BUNGALOW

THE SILOS
Located at the old Hyden Abattoir site and just 2km from Wave Rock, the Silos has a great perspective of the CBH bins and surrounding farms.
The view from The Silos is amazing during the day as it over looks farm land and the Hyden townsite but is spectacular in the evenings when the CBH and Hyden townsite lights glow! The Silos consists of 8 queen, 5 king single (one with disability access) and 2 twin bunk studio en-suite rooms. Each studio room has not only their own bathroom but TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, WIFI, bar fridge and private verandah.

THE CAMP
The Camp, Located 1.5km from the Hyden Townsite, is nestled in 16ha of bushland is adjacent to The Silos accommodation. Offering 10 large unpowered nature-based camping sites with access to potable water and disability-access.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing and the policy does not apply after the booking has commenced.
14 days+ notice: Refund of monies paid less cancellation administration fee of $30
Within 14 days from arrival date: If the cottage is able to be rented out you are eligible for a refund. If the booking tariff is less than your original booking you will be liable for the difference. (i.e. your booking was $200 and the replacement booking is $140 you will be liable for the shortfall of $60 plus $30 administration fee as mentioned above) All other refund requests are at the discretion of the property manager.
Cancellation fee ($30):
This may be redeemed when booking your next holiday with us (provided the rebooking is within 12 months of the cancellation date). When the cancellation refund is received a letter will also be attached. This letter will act as a voucher for the $30 cancellation fee. This original voucher must be presented on arrival for this to be honoured.
Refund conditions: Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid.
ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH.

Great Clean Room

Great cosy place to stay while visiting wave rock. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and beds are comfortable. The living room is decorated nicely and great for families and friends to hang out in. Will recommend to friends for sure :)
