This lovely modern home is located in walking distance to all amenities including the beach, jetty, shops and restaurants. This property has 3 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms. A large gated driveway to park your boat with enclosed wall and gate entrance to front. A spacious kitchen with 2 x fridges, a main living area with smart TV and DVD, lounge, dining and a large split A/C. There is also a separate front lounge room with second TV / DVD. This property Sleeps 7, with 2 x Queens, 1 x Single and 1 x Single bunk. All bedrooms have a split A/C. The backyard has a lovely undercover patio entertaining area with table, dartboard, Gas BBQ, grassed area and outdoor shower. This property does have WI-FI.

Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats. There is no access to backyard shed. Sorry NO pets.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

A refundable security deposit may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable, the accommodation provider will contact you to advise, inclusive of the deposit amount and its payment terms. Upon making your booking, you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security deposit.

Linen is PROVIDED.
Linen, Cleaning and Admin fee of $130 applies to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Booking Requirements: The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. This person must be within the booking party through the duration of the stay. We require a copy of a Valid Credit card and Photographic ID (Drivers License) as per the below security bond requirements. Any booking can be refused at the discretion of Jurien Bayview Realty.

Security Bond: A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name address drivers license number as well as credit card details. NO DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. If valid credit card details cannot be supplied please contact our office for holding bond information. Your credit card details are destroyed by our office upon vacating the property when the property is found to be left in a clean order and no damage has occurred. Personal details are not given to third parties. Increased bond may be incurred for group bookings or at our discretion. If you require a late check in keys will not be placed in the locked boxes without the required paperwork being received by our office prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking twenty eight (28) days prior to arrival you will receive a 100% refund less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking fourteen (14) days prior to arrival you will receive a 50% refund less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival no refund is provided.
