Tranquil Retreat, just 5 minutes from the Town Centre offers 360 degree panoramic views from Cape Le Grand with glimpses of the ocean and town site overlooks Lake Warden wetlands and Woody and Wheatfield Lake a magnificent rolling farmlands.
Our 2 Queen guest rooms with ensuites and reverse cycle air-conditioning have been tastefully appointed to ensure your comfort and privacy.
Enjoy our 24-hour tea and coffee console service located in the wide hallway adjacent to your room with complimentary cakes and cookies.
Indulge in our sumptuous continental/full cooked breakfast (included in the tariff).
Relax either in the downstairs lounge area or a sundowner drink in the upstairs lounge area and enjoy the sunset and 360 degree views or you may prefer a port and chocolate in the evening. The two lounge areas are equipped with TV, DVD, Video and stereo facilities. Strict non-smoking policy applies within the house.

The location with nearby wetlands, and lovely bird life was very pleasant. Easy drive in and out of town, and already on the way to things to see, and beaches to explore.
Very Accomodating
My husband and I were due to stay at the Tranquil retreat for 3 nights but had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. The owners were incredibly understanding and supportive and we’re extremely grateful. We will definitely be back here to stay once we make it down to Esperance. Thank you.Couldn't Reccomend Enough!
Brendan and Fran were the most lovely hosts who made our stay an absolute delight. They have a wealth of knowledge about the area (and many other areas), can’t do enough for you and have some fantastic stories. The breakfast was out of this world. Room is cleaned daily, very clean, and surrounds are lovely. Easy access to cape Le grand. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Fran and Brendan for your hospitality xx
