The Gerald Apartment Hotel

Once your reservation is confirmed your credit card will be used as a form of guarantee for the reservation. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The Gerald Apartment Hotel does not charge your card prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. The booking is not a prepaid booking unless otherwise stated and must be settled on arrival at the Hotel.Upon arrival The Gerald Apartment Hotel requires payment for the total amount of your accommodation charges plus valid photo identification. Additionally a credit card pre-authorisation or refundable cash payment of $100.00 ($250.00 during weekends public holidays or special periods) is required as a security bond to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay. The Gerald Apartment Hotel accepts Visa MasterCard American Express and Diners Club.Any cancellation will need to be received by The Gerald Apartment Hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid paying a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation fee which may be processed through to your credit card to the value equal to 1 nights room rate. All no-show rooms will be charged for the first nights accommodation.


The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator's premises event or service. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:
(a) prior to departure from the customer???s home location the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or
(b) for entry to the event or venue or access to the service the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time) where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
