Four spacious villas can accommodate up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a Q/S bed. In three of the villas there are two single beds and a bunk setting. The fourth villa has two Q/S bedroom settings, with a bunk setting in the second bedroom. The villas are all fully self-contained, with crockery, cutlery and linen. There is TV, DVD, R/C air conditioning and a pot belly stove. A fully equipped laundry, seperate bathroom and toilet complete the layout.

There is a spacious kitchen, living and sleeping area which looks out through large picture windows onto your private balcony. The Studios are ideally set up for a couple with a Spa, ensuite, fully fitted kitchen, stereo, CD player, TV, DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning and quality furnishings.
Spa Studio 1 offers views of Wilson Inlet, Spa Studios 2 & 3 look out over hills and surrounding farmland. Relax in your Spa and enjoy the view.
All the Villas and Spa Studios are free standing.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival may incur full loss of deposit. Alternative dates will be offered or deposit may be refunded if the unit is re-booked. A $25 fee will be applied to all cancelled or altered confirmed bookings. Full refund (less $25) if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. Plus any cancellation fees charged by the booking agent (e.g. the visitors centres cancellation fee)+
Bookings in general will not be taken over six months in advance. Early departure from your booking or stay with us is non-refundable. All promotional deals offered guests can only accept one per visit (no cross promotional offers). Management reserves the right to amend 'Booking Terms' without prior notice to guests. Similarly management can process cancellations at their discretion.

CHECK IN ANY TIME AFTER 2.00PM OF THE DAY OF BOOKING CHECK OUT AT THE END OF OCCUPANCY STRICTLY AT 10.00AM
Only the number of people designated on check in may stay in the property overnight.
Please ensure that the unbooked beds are not used - to do so may incur an additional charge of $25.00 per bed, per night.
.An additional cleaning charge of $50.00 may be incurred if property is not left in a neat and tidy state

On checkout please replace the key on the hook where it was on arrival.
Parking Please use the designated parking area near your unit.
No responsibility can be taken for any property left by guests at the premises. (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property.)
We understand that mishaps happen. However, any breakages or damage to the property and it’s contents or common areas, may incur charges for reimbursement.
The guest authorizes the Manager to charge their credit card for any loss or damage.

Lovely cosy villa in a stunning location
Stayed here for 4 nights in September.Truly stunning part of the world, villas have a fab view of the ocean.
Accommodation has everything you could need for your stay, comfortable beds, fully resourced kitchen. Outside space is perfect.
The kids had a great time.
Great stay for great price
I stayed in Villa 4 for two nights with my family at the end of September. It is only a short 7-8 minute drive from the Main Street in Denmark. The villa was very clean and a comfortable place to return to after exploring the great attractions around the Denmark area. It was a good size as well. I enjoyed sitting out the front with a glass of wine, watching the bird life at the end of the day. The view over the river was very relaxing as well. Wish we had longer in DenmarkGreat location in Denmark
I would recommend this location as the villas are very spacious and clean. Excellent service. Villas 1,2,3,4 had a great outlook onto the inlet. Beds are comfortable and all items supplied within the villa. Excellent BBQ facilities available and very clean
