Description
Spencer Suites is an historic building built 1885 which has been converted into four self-contained luxury suites.
Suite 1 has a full kitchen and dining room plus a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
Suites 2, 3 and 4 have their own bathrooms and a kitchenette each with microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.
All rooms have a smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and wifi.
Luxury linen is provided plus toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, iron and ironing board.
Off street parking is available and a map and local tourist guides are provided.
Spencer suits is just a 10 minute walk to a vibrant centre hosting many cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants.
The ANZAC centre is just 3.7km's away, the Albany entertainment centre is 500m's away and Albany airport is 12km's away.
Other popular Albany attractions including several wineries, hiking trails and the historic Whaling Station Museum and within easy reach.
The close by Saturday Farmers markets and Sunday Boat Shed markets allow you to experience and purchase a wide variety of local products and crafts.

Off-peak season: 14 days notice required for 100% refund.
Peak season: 30 days notice required for full refund. Less than 30 days notice results in 50% deposit not being refunded.
In addition: Albany Visitor Centre has a $65 cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

From York St (main street of city centre) turn East onto Stirling Terrace and left into Spencer St. We are located at 69 Spencer Street which is next to the Historic Earl of Spencer Inn.

Great Find
Totally enjoyed our stay in this Gem. Beautifully restored in a great position with walking distance to restaurants. Well maintained and John was a great host and would recommend to anyone visiting Albany.Great little place
We stayed here for one night during our road trip. Nice welcome when we arrived, no hassle at check in or check. Very laid back approach. Immaculately clean, good selection of kitchen bits so we walked to the nearby supermarket and got some food. Used the microwave, easy to use and modern. Easy parking, easy to find. Very comfortable bed and a great spa bath. Would definitely recommend.Lovely Experience
We stayed four nights in Suite 1 while visiting the Albany area. The accommodation has a comfortable Queen bed, a large bathroom with a washer & dryer, an eat-in kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal, and a cozy lounge area. The location is fantastic with many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to returning some day.
