Cancellations up to five days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit of may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Albany Visitor Centre has a $65 cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Spencer Cottage
Loved this accommodation! Rofi was a fabulous host. She was so accommodating and helpful, kept the place immaculately clean and provided an unexpected added extra (chockies) that were well appreciated! The cottage is beautifully presented and furnished and had off-street parking. I would have loved to stay longer and will definitely stay again when next in Albany.
