Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation notifications received 7-28 days prior to arrival will have an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation. If cancellation notifications are received less than 7 days prior to arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking whichever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Beach Villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albany Bayside Ocean Villas. Great location, lovely beach 100 metres away from our doorstep. The Villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. We would recommend staying here. Glen, our host, was a friendly communicator.
