Seashells Scarborough located on Western Australia’s Sunset Coast, just 20 minutes from the city and directly overlooking Scarborough Beach is the ultimate place to enjoy the surf and beach, or relax as the sun sets slowly over the Indian Ocean

Choose from tastefully decorated 2 or 3 bedroom fully self contained apartments with spectacular ocean views in most, well appointed kitchens and laundries, spacious lounge and dining areas, private balconies or courtyards, DVD players (on request), free wi-fi internet, reverse cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and a weekly housekeeping service (daily by request). Bedding configurations include queen size beds and double or single beds.

The property has a choice of 2 outdoor swimming pools, one overlooking the ocean and one that is heated. Both are furnished with comfortable sun lounges, an outdoor entertaining area and gas barbeques. Guests also have complimentary use of an undercover car park.

Scarborough and its surrounding beaches are a surfing mecca. Along the Sunset Coast are many beachside restaurants and cafes and bars which welcome you with a friendly relaxed vibe. Also enjoy surfing, whale watching (seasonal) boat excursions, fishing, diving and golfing nearby. Visit the historic port city of Fremantle or go to Hillary’s boat harbour and take a ferry trip to Rottnest Island, with its soft white sand beaches, aqua waters and famous quokkas. At Hillary’s there is the Aquarium of Western Australia. Seashells is close to regular public transport and a 30 minute drive from the domestic and International Airports.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellations must be received no later than 14 Days prior to arrival. Initial deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received within 14 Days of arrival will be charged one nights accommodation.

Advance Purchase Extended Stay and Stay Pay rates have a no modification no cancellation & no refund policy.

PEAK SEASON & SPECIAL EVENTS For bookings 16 December 2023 - 31 January 2024 cancellations received outside of 21 days of arrival will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation. Bookings cancelled (or part thereof) within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All credit cards incur a non-refundable 1.5% surcharge.

great stay

The location is brilliant with all the apartments having uninterrupted views of the ocean. Sitting on the balcony with a wine watching the sunset finishes the day perfectly. The apartments are well set up with everything you need.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby plus a good Coles supermarket.

Excellent choice of accommodation to self-cater right on the beach with free parking and great value

We arrived late - and staff were very accommodating to make our check-in as easy as possible and had everything ready for us. The pool was supposed to be out-of-commission but it wasn't! It was just too cold to go in for a dip!

Having stayed here 5 years ago we didn’t hesitate to book again.
Quality apartments fully stocked. 2 x pools and a bbq.

The location is perfect and the area is newly developed with something for all ages
