Choose a weekend escape in a one bedroom apartment with king bed and plunge spa with marina vistas, or spend a romantic evening in a beachfront villa with uninterrupted ocean views and an indulgent heated couples spa bath.
Alternatively accommodate the family in a choice of two or three bedroom fully self contained serviced apartments and enjoy all the facilities Seashells offers, including tennis court, beach front access, heated spa and stunning infinity edge heated swimming pool.
Seashells accommodation rooms have a fully appointed kitchen & laundry, spacious lounge & dining areas, indulgent bathrooms - most with spa baths, reverse cycle air-conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities & fully furnished balconies.
A complimentary housekeeping service is provided for stays of 6 nights or more as our apartments are fully self contained, a daily service can be provided at an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations must be received no later than 14 Days prior to arrival. Initial deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received within 14 Days of arrival will be charged one nights accommodation.
Advance Purchase Extended Stay and Stay Pay rates have a no modification no cancellation & no refund policy.

Getaway in Mandurah
The apartment is very big. The kitchen has everything that you need as well as a washing machine and dryer. We had booked for 1 night and then we ended up staying for 3 more nights. I highly recommend this place.Weekend Break
Beautiful well equipped apartment, inviting and affordable. The swimming pool and other water facilities is directly in front of the comet bay, looking out to the amazing Indian Ocean. In the surrounding beautiful views you have restaurants to suit every taste bud, from fish and chips to foreign tastes, and the local catch Blue manna crab. This Self catering hotel has everything, paddling pool, spa, BBQ areas and lush green tropical gardens. This was the most amazing stay.Best holiday accommodation in Mandurah
From the moment we arrived it was just lovely. Check in was a breeze. The pool area was fantastic and spacious. The grounds were very close to the beach so grandchildren were very happy. The hotel was in close proximity to restaurants shops and recreational facilities. The apartment rooms had everything you wanted and more and very very comfortable!The ONLY problem for me was that we couldn't stay longer as this was somewhere you could stay for a while and be very happy!
