We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50% refund.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: No refund.
BOND:
Your credit card details will be held on file as a security bond against damage extra cleaning costs and breakages.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage breakages theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. You must notify us of any damage immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Managements discretion).
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes dishwasher emptying the fridge removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property Management may recover from you additional costs (at Managements discretion). Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.

Directions
Head out Scotsdale tourist drive from town, we are 12 kms out on left hand side, approximately 2kms past Black Pig Cyder Company which is on the corner of Roberts Rd. The next road on the left is Watson Road, and then Silver Road on your right. After Silver Road the road bends to the left and you will see a blue accommodation sign, with Scotsdale Valley Studios driveway 200m on the left. There are two white signs at driveway entrance, and then driveway dips down and crosses over Scotsdale Brook. Proceed up driveway, following directions to Studios. Studio 1 is first exit, then Studio 2, If you get to Hovea Road on the right, you have travelled to far and missed the driveway.

Very clean every thing to look after yourself so peaceful
Great location for wineries close to town plenty to choose from good food at the Denmark hotel studios were great for relaxing sitting out on the decking watching all the native birds, if your want a peaceful out in the native bush you can't go past Scotsdale Valley StudiosSecluded, peaceful and private studio in perfect setting close to Denmark.
Secluded peaceful setting; very private. Loved the addition of decorative old collectible items which was enjoyable to look at and chat about. The gift basket of divine coffee, Easter eggs, fresh baked bread and eggs was a delightful surprise and we enjoyed a cooked brekkie on Sunday. The birdsong from the trees which surrounded our cottage was practically the only sound we heard all weekend, and even the farm dogs came to our doorstep to say hello which we loved. The showers and twin basins were lovely and the bed very comfy (apart from the corners of the base which we knocked our shins on a few times!).A peaceful stay in the bush with all the attractions close by. Loved the fresh air!!!
We enjoyed the bread, eggs and coffee on our arrival and the special touches in the design. The kitchen has everything you need and the bbq was used most days.
