Rainbow House 2 has two bedrooms, a Queen & Single Bed in each (sleeps 6), a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with gas heating and inlet view from the lounge room and balcony.
Rainbow House 1 has two bedrooms upstairs with a Queen & Single Bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. (Sleeps 5) as well as a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a Queen Bedroom, a Double Bedroom and 3 x Singles in the 3rd Bedroom (sleeps 7) as well as a bathroom downstairs. There is one well equipped kitchen, one spacious living room on each floor, gas heating and inlet views from the balcony of the upstairs living space only.
Please note if you are five people or fewer you will only have access to the upstairs unit, however, if Rainbow House 2 is booked, and you are 5 people or less, so only staying in the upstairs unit of House 1, then the same (lower) charges apply as for Rainbow House 2

The upstairs unit of Rainbow House 1 has 2 bedrooms, one with a king and a single bed (or can be made up as 3 single beds), the other one with a queen bed. Plus lounge and dining area, veranda with inlet views and a large BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The downstairs unit of Rainbow House 1 has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with 3 single beds (they can easily be pushed together). Plus lounge and dining area, kitchen and bathroom, and a rear patio with a sitting area and a large BBQ. If need be, I also have a couple of folding single beds.
**A SURCHARGE will apply to all one night bookings and will be ADDED to your booking once it has been confirmed.**

CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
BOND POLICY:
A pre-authorised bond of $150 is required for all Rainbow House # 1 & Rainbow House # 2 bookings.

From the Visitor Centre, drive down Ocean Beach Road for approx 5km and turn left into Minsterly Road. Follow road along and Rainbow House is number 58 on the right hand side of the road, just past Rainbow Close on the left.

Long Weekend.
Fantastic location, Loved the balcony for meals and relaxing. Everything you could need provided even shampoo , conditioner and Shower gel .Comfy beds and very clean.Owner was so helpful .
