Great location, lovely quaint rooms
I stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2020, and it was wonderful. The room was nice, breakfast (bread, banana bread, juice, milk & cereal) kept for the next morning, it was a good start to the day; and good toiletries.

Perfect for us!
This is our first visit to Australia and our first few nights on Australian soil were spent at Port Mill. It was just what we needed! It was clean and welcoming, the courtyard is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast just right. We had fruit juice, granola with fresh milk, fresh fruit, toast with honey and jam and banana cake with tea.
Lucie is brilliant! She did the little extras that made us feel cared for - the room with a view over the courtyard, the use of a phone to sort out our car hire and always a friendly smile! So good in fact that we decided to return for a couple of nights before flying home to England next week

Terrific Location, Lovely Surroundings
Our stay at the Port Mill B&B in the Zuytdorp room was very nice.
Young lady on reception was friendly and efficient.
Room was small but very nice.
Bathroom quite spacious. The Zuytdorp room is the only room with a bath.
You can enjoy a drink on the small balcony if you wish.
Breakfast consisted of cereal, bread, jam, banana bread and instant coffee so nothing substantial but handy for a morning snack in need.
Location is fantastic. You're right next to a small wine bar and just around the corner from the 'cappuccino strip'.
It can be a tad noisy with other rooms flushing toilets and guests walking around so if you're a light sleeper this may not be ideal but not really a significant issue for us.
Overall our stay was positive and we enjoyed it very much.
