One, two and three bedroom fully self contained and beautifully appointed units, with reverse cylcle air conditioning and all linen provided. All of our units are on the ground floor with onsite parking directly infront of your unit. Guest BBQ laundry facilities are available all within a quiet garden setting with mountain views. Suitable for single people, couples and families with children, whether visiting Albany for business, holiday or simply travelling through.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY
If cancelled or modified 30 or more days before arrival date no fee will be charged. Full cost of stay if cancelled within 29 days of arrival date. Once checked in no refunds for shortened stay. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Maximum number of persons permitted in each unit: 1 bed unit 2 persons. 2bed unit 5 persons. 3bed unit 7 persons.

Park Avenue Holiday Units is located only 200m from Middleton Beach, nestled between the beach and Eyre Park, only a two minute walk from local restaurants, cafes and breathtaking coastal views from the Board Walk. Turn right into Golf Links Rd at the 4th roundabout from York St on Middleton Road, which is only 3km from the Albany City Centre. Look for our sign and turn right into Seppings St to visit our on site reception.
