Great location and very convenient spot to find. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, this is a privately owned park that is suffering from a legacy of being an expanded version of a former farmers fishing shack hamlet. Everything is sub par by today's standards. It's also very popular with dog people due to its location outside of the national parks.

Great getaway right next to a beach with good clean facilities, staff friendly & helpful. On site shop with all sorts of essentials, food, fuel, fishing gear, serving fish & chips, coffee, icecream & more. Toilets, hot showers, camp kitchen, and laundry. Only downside was only a single drier so we had to wait around for an hour to use it. We enjoyed our powered site for 10 nights, fun beach driving at various places nearby. Thank you!

Best help during a breakdown
On Monday my car broke down about 500m-1km west of the Duke of Orleans Caravan Park and without any phone signal (albeit Telstra has reception) walked to the caravan park to ask for help - Jojo in reception went out of her way to help me out in a time of need - contacting RAC and making sure I was looked after at the caravan park that afternoon until help could arrive.
Cannot thank Jojo or the crew at the caravan park enough, true act of kindness and doesn't go unappreciated!
Must say, while it is an hour east of Esperance there aren't that many more picturesque locations where you can brake down at.
