Oasis is situated on a corner block, at the top of Reymond St, which is on the outskirts of the residential area of Exmouth Town. From the property, you have endless views over the natural bush land towards the ranges. From there, the long sunset to gaze at, which Exmouth is famous for.
The home, is a modern, four bedroom, two bathroom property, which sleeps 8 in total.
With Three of the four bedrooms located at the front of the property, two of which, have sliding door access to outside. Perfect for groups or for teens looking for a bit of ‘escape’ freedom. The fourth bedroom is at the rear of the house, and this also has a sliding door access to the outside.
The main bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have king singles with roll our trundles.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, and leads to two great living spaces. But I think you will spend most of your time outside checking out that view!
One large bathroom with duel sinks and a roomy shower and toilet. There is also a seperate shower and seperate toilet in the laundry area with washer and dryer to top it off.
This home is pet friendly. It is fully fenced and there is plenty of parking for cars and a boat.
Free Wifi is included.
Please note: the external stairs are not in use and access to the roof deck is NOT AVAILABLE. This is out of bounds to all guests and is locked off to restrict access. The owners may have to gain access to the roof, should the astrological equipment which is on the roof, need some maintenance or repairs.
All linen and bath towels provided.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Comfortable!
Oasis was in a quiet location at the back of town overlooking Cape Range but close enough to walk to the shops.Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious.
Kitchen is great with gas cooktop, electric oven, a big family size fridge, all perfect for cooking family sized dinners at home.
Ample living room for our family of 7 and enormous TV with Netflix.
Cleanly presented, nice homely touches
2 lovely big Outdoor sitting areas (although mozzies were really bad so didn’t utilise much)
Nice gardens
The only negative was that there is astronomical equipment on the roof of the house (flat roof) which operates throughout the day and night and did wake us most nights as it began operation during the night.

Fantastic family house in a great location close to the shops. Room for the kids to play and us to relax. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Bonus huge TV to chill out in front of in the evenings after a busy day exploring. Would definitely recommend a stay hereGreat location!
