If you cancel outside of the 7 days of the arrival date there is no cancellation fee (except for the Visitor Centre fee). However if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date you will forfeit your deposit (plus Visitor Centre fee).Group Bookings 4 rooms and above will be charged in full for a no show or cancellation/amendments of dates upon a booking being confirmed.

Felt like a little home away from home for two nights. We had access to a wonderful communal kitchen which was well stocked and very tidy. Staff were amazing, very friendly and happy to help you with anything you need. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
