Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of lockdowns or border closures due to Covid 19 a full refund will be given.

From York St roundabout take exit to Middleton Rd . Take first exit from small roundabout towards Middleton Beach,travel approx 1.5km, continue straight across the next small roundabout and 182/184 Middleton Rd is just before the Old Strawberry Farm. You will see the sign to Middleton Mews on your left.

It was a well situated property with plenty of parking space.It was very quiet to sleep at night besides being on a main road. Cycling distance to Middleton Beach and central to everything.Excellent
Roomy, clean and comfortable with all facilities for cooking and laundry. Pleasing garden setting and free barbecue under cover. conveniently located to City and Middleton Beach! We will come back next time!!!
