Dolphins are frequent visitors to the Marina and the Dawesville Channel!
There are three upstairs/downstairs two bedroom chalets and one unit having full disabled access.
Please note reservations are on a REQUEST basis only. Bookings will be confirmed by the Mandurah Visitor Centre once a reservation request has been made.

This villa is a fully WCHR accessible property with a fantastic spacious wet room style bathroom. If you require 2 bedrooms you can also book the upstairs unit which has a room/ lounge area. (additional charge, based on availability) which would make the property 2 bedroom. The downstairs area can be used on its own and the door closed off to the upstairs.

All reservations subject to payment in full at time of booking.
A full refund will be given when more than 72 hours notice is given.
Less than 72 hours notice will incur 50% of the cost of the stay.

Directions
From Mandurah travel south along Old Coast Road and take the turn off just before the Dawesville channel ( Rees Place) Follow the road all the way to the public car park and locate the floating marina office which is situated adjacent to the boat ramps on the northern side of the car park, left of Cafe Coast.

Really relaxing place to stay complete with a lovely restaurant just next door. Beautiful views and even got to see a couple of pods of dolphins while strolling along the cutNice Summer Strolls Along Waters Edge At Night Very Relaxing
Excellent location. Accommodation was modern extremely clean , everything you could possibly want was included. Had fun with friends playing game of monopoly found in drawer on the deck relaxing with wine and cheese platter watching the boats arrive and depart.It’s a beautiful chalet
Stay was fabulous. Squeaky clean, neat, well equipped, peaceful marina. Staff was friendly. I was there 3 hours due for check in. Thank you very much. I had enjoyed a wonderful stay
