15 Loaring Place, Margaret River, WA 6285

Margaret River is an easy 3hr drive from Perth. Once in the town, turn west into Wallcliffe Road at the top of the hill. It is the main road going from the Margaret River town west off Bussell Highway to the famous surf beaches about 10km away at Prevelly Park, the river mouth and Gnarabup. 5km West of the town, Wallcliffe Road intersects Caves Road at a T junction. Turn Right into Caves Road. Go North along Caves Road for only 400m from the Wallcliffe and Caves Road junction into Loaring Place on the right. The Margaret River B&B is the only driveway on the left. Caves Road is a magnificent tourist drive and goes south from Dunsborough all the way to Augusta through the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region.

Little gem
Loved staying here, beautiful quite spacious room. Very clean, was greeted on arrival by Dirk who pointed us in the right direction for sunset views of Margaret River. Just stunning. Then went to the bistro he recommended which was also lovely. The ability to make coffee and tea in your room as well as in the communal lounge is terrific. We had a relaxing spa bath before bed. Bed was very comfortable and the room quite. Their breakfast is wonderful, Pam makes all the breads which are delicious. Received some great ideas from Dirk on what to see and do. Very knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Diny and Jos

A home away from home in Margaret River
Dirk (and Bella, the resident labradoodle) made us feel completely at home at this cosy B&B. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious - just note that if you're travelling with friends and privacy is pivotal, only the toilet has a door while the bath area opens up slightly into the room.

Very tranquil surroundings, a mere 5 minute drive from the main Margaret River centre should you want to head out for dinner or to the supermarket for provisions. The breakfast spread is also very decent with a selection of homemade breads, cold cuts, cereals and spreads. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the other guests over coffee and Tim Tams in the communal living room.

Excellent stay
Our host Rachel was lovely and inviting from the moment we arrived. Beautifully appointed rooms with a very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast is more than just your typical spread. Amazing!!!
