Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking total or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater required to guarantee a booking. Cancellations after arrival will incur same fees.
Peak Season periods require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater. (25% payable upon booking and a further 25% is payable by the 30th September.)
Non refundable (100%) if cancelled within 24hours from occupancy date/time.
BOND: Credit Card on arrival or a $200 Cash Bond

Great place would highly recommend
Great place if your looking for comfortable accommodation, wonderful friendly customer service and sun breakers restaurant wow food and service are just second to none.....We decided to have our wedding and reception here last weekend and it was the best decision we have made......Jill was amazing and so accommodating, the venue, service and food were just wonderful .... most of our guests booked a room for the night or weekend ...... we all had a fantastic night and everyone commented how nice the menu and service were.... if you are looking for a venue for a wedding reception we would highly recommend this venue..... Thank you to all the staff for making our wedding day stress free and memorable ...
Fantastic budget accommodation in Mandurah.
We stayed at the Mandurah Motel and Apartments for one night in July. The motel is located close to the city centre and the marina restaurant precinct. The room was very comfortable and quite although it was showing its age a little. Had a great restaurant as well. We had a ground floor room that opened out onto the pool area. Too cold to swim in July but it would be a great spot for a swim in the summer months.Very pleasant
Although there was a little miscommunicatio n regarding our time of check-in, as we were coming from interstate, the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. We ate at the in-house restaurant about 5 times and could not be disappointed with the food, they do have some very good chefs working for them. The room was adequate for my partner and I, the bed clean and fairly large, the tv was average size and the bathroom quite large as well. The only thing I didn't really like about the bathroom was the fan was a little loud, but that really isn't an inconvenience. My partner and I stayed a total of 7 nights and believe we received good quality for our money. The on-site pool was great as well, especially for the Perth weather! If we come back to the east coast we would be more than happy to stay here again.
