The self-contained kitchen includes all cutlery and crockery, as well as a fridge, freezer microwave and cooktop. Separate bathroom within the Cabin. All linen and towels provided. Smaller outdoor deck with seating to enjoying our wonderful wildlife. Located in the middle of the Park.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
All Bookings – Excluding Third Parties. No refunds for third party bookings, including Booking.com, Book Easy and G'Day Parks
All cancellations must be in writing to reception@mandurahcaravanpark.com.au
A refund less a 15% booking fee of the total cost will be available if you cancel outside 14 days of your arrival. Or you can choose a full credit.
A credit less a 15% booking fee of the total cost will be available if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival. No refunds are applicable in this time period.
If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to stay, no refunds or credits will apply. Bookings are non-transferable. No amendments to be made once commencement of stay has begun. A booking fee may apply to amendments made prior to commencement of stay. We highly recommend Cancellation Insurance when this offer is provided, at the time of booking confirmation to avoid disappointment and loss should you cancel and not receive a refund.
CABIN/CHALET BOOKINGS:
BOND - A minimum of $100.00 bond payment is required upon check-in. Bonds must be paid by a credit card. Please note the bond amount is at Managements discretion upon arrival.
An imprint of photo identification and valid credit card will be taken on arrival. Failure to provide these may result in the booking being cancelled.
Please ensure the booking name, photo identification and valid credit card match.
Company cards require written authorization for access of use which can be emailed through or on letterhead for arrival.
Strictly no pets in Accommodation.
ALL BOOKINGS:
Payment in full, required to take a reservation and to confirm the booking.
Check-in time is after 2.00PM (depending on availability). Check-out time is 10.00AM
If you are seeking an earlier check in, please call on the day of your arrival to confirm availability.
We are unable to guarantee preferred Sites and/or Accommodation requests until the day of arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are to arrive beyond 6.00PM, please call Reception on 08 9535 1171 to make late check-in arrangements.

Very enjoyable visit
Our stay at the Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park was very pleasant. The facilities were good, and the staff were fantastic. The location was very convenient with a large shopping center nearby and only a short drive into the center of town.Well done guys.

The second time we have stayed here on a powered caravan site, the best part is they help you reverse your van in with there friendly helpful staff. Nice green grass around, clean facilities. We will be back.
