This retro 70's style block home has a great layout and loads of room. The main living has two separate TV lounge areas, one for kids, one for the adults.
Two bedrooms have king beds, the third bedroom has 2 x king singles. Great for families, couples or guys on a fishing trip.
Two large bathrooms, both with toilets, and one with a bath.
Two verandah areas, front and back.
Brand new kitchen comes with two drawer dishwasher and separate dining.
Plenty of boat turnaround space and parking.
New swimming pool just installed ready for summer.
All linen and bath towels provided. Pool towels can be hired, or BYO.
The property is self contained. Provisioning is not provided.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE
Please ensure you have read this policy.
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted) and will incur charges as per the following schedule:
- Cancellations +120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 10% of full amount
- Cancellations 60 - 120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 20% of full amount
- Cancellations 60 - 30 days prior to occupancy: Fee 40% of full amount
- Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to occupancy: Fee 75% of full amount
- Cancellations 15 - 0 days prior to occupancy: Fee 100% of full amount
- No refund will be given once a property is tenanted and you need to depart early.
- Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (NRH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost.
- Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest minus a processing fee of $50.
- Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured the guest may transfer the booking to another date or the tariff will be refunded in full minus a processing fee of $50.
- Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday & travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances
