Description
Kintamani is situated half way between the town of Denmark and the beach on the south coast of Western Australia. It is just a short stroll to the shores of Wilson Inlet and some beautiful bush trails through the tall trees that surround the area.
The house is fully self-contained with all linen provided and sleeps up to eight people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two king size single beds and the mezzanine floor has two single beds and a bunk bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove and microwave oven, while there is a gas barbeque on the verandah.
The downstairs living area has a large colour television, DVD player as well as a stereo with cd player. It is heated with a slow combustion log fire. There is a telephone for local calls. The upstairs area has another television with both a DVD and VHS player.
The laundry has a large washing machine and dryer.
Beautiful native birds are regular visitors to Kintamani's bird table.

Has a fenced yard. Please note that the tariff is calculated on the total number of guests (adults and children) staying in the property each night.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
PET POLICY. Well behaved pets are permitted at $25 per pet

Directions
From the Denmark Visitor Centre, travel south along Ocean Beach Road for approx. 5km. Turn left into Minsterly Road and left again into Karri Bay Estate. Kintamani is in the second bay of houses (house number 6) on the right hand side.

Lovely experience
Lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable stay with the little river path a great place to walk the dog. Yard isn't 100% secure but secure enough for our dog to explore while we watched. We'll be coming again!Nice!
