Cancellation Policy
if you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to 10am on the day of your booking. If you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice prior to cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of accommodation you had originally booked.
Group bookings of 3 or more rooms must notify management in writing at least 1 week prior to the day of your booking, if you fail to provide notice, the group booking will forfeit any deposits made.
By confirming your reservation at Kimberley Croc Motel with credit card details, you agree to the above terms of the booking. The acceptance of changes to bookings is solely at the discretion of management.
Once accommodation has been paid for in full on arrival at the motel it is non-refundable. The acceptance of changes to bookings is solely at the discretion of management.
Non-refundable bookings do not receive a refund of any amount after the time at which the booking has been confirmed once full payment has been made.


Terms and Conditions - General
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, to request a guest to leave, or to claim for damages to the facilities.

All prices, offers & deals may expire or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Group Bookings of 3 or more rooms must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount which is non – refundable, upon booking.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred on your credit card for all non-standard cleaning such as but not limited to smoking in room, wilful damage, or room degradation.
Photo Identification to the satisfaction of Management must be provided at check-in.
No Smoking in the rooms or enclosed areas
If you are found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No exceptions. No warnings will be given, and no refunds will be given.
It is advisable to keep room doors locked at all times, as Management does not accept responsibility for a guest
