Two bedroom, fully self contained villas on the waterfront. Located in town centre, within walking distance to shopping centre and restaurants. So close to the bakery, you can smell the bread... mmm!
A small complex consisting of single and double storey villas. Double storey villas have a balcony with views of the rivermouth and ocean views. The single storey villas have a front patio and views from the living area. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, linen, TV/DVD, air conditioner, ceiling fans, private BBQ and washing machine.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy Of Sunsea Villas
A cancellation fee of $55 applies to all cancelled bookings through the booking agent Kalbarri Visitor Centre
If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival – No Refund will be provided.
If cancelled 30 days or longer prior to arrival 50% of the booking total will be refunded.
It is your own responsibility to inform the villa manager of any broken/damaged or lost items within the villa when you first enter. There is a $100 fee for any damage breakages and/or loss of items within the villa. If you were the last person in the villa and we suspect you to have broken the item you will be charged directly from your credit card. If there are breakages or losses exceeding the value of $100 you will be charged for the full amount for the repair or replacement.
Please remember the villa needs to be left clean and tidy for the next guest and that there is no food remaining in the fridge or cupboards. Please just wipe the inside ovens fridges and cupboards clean the dishes and do a general tidy up of the villa when you depart. If you leave the villas in a condition that requires additional time for the cleaners to clean the cost will be deduced from your bond or charged to your credit card.

Directions
Sunsea Villas is located at 38 Grey Street which is the main street on the waterfront. We have a sign on the lawn in front of the office. Sunsea Villas is opposite the recreational jetty and is the closest accommodation to Kalbarri Arcade (local shopping complex).

Perfect Stay
Stayed at sunsea villa for two nights with our three boys! Everything was really great to our expectation, The view is amazing! Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, Will definitely stay in this villa for next trip and longer stay. Thanks for having usBest Location
We booked a single story unit which was newly renovated. The unit was at the front on the road into town but wasn't noisy. It was in a great area right across from the river and around the corner from the shops which included a supermarket, takeaway and great bakery. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and large with 2 bedrooms foxtel and free wi fi. The courtyard out the front was a great place to relax of an afternoon watching the sun go down and each villa has its own BBQ. The units at the back are 2 storey and didn't go into them so cant comment on them. Just make sure you contact the manager in advance to ascertain what time you are arriving as the office is not always open. Would definitely recommend these villas and will stay again.Very good
The view of the beach from the room was really lovely and the villa was clean and equipped with everything we needed.
