Our 2-bedroom family units are fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen including a gas oven,grill, microwave, kitchen table & chairs. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Each unit has a bathroom with toilet, shower & vanity basin.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival a cancellation fee equal to the first night tariff will apply. No refund is provided in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

A great small motel out of the city centre
This small motel provides excellent service, clean rooms, tea and coffee, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, comfortable beds, chairs and coffee table, TV, shampoo and conditioner. Floor to ceiling windows with sliding door to sit out on a patio. Self check out. Parking is outside the door of your room.There are no shops near the motel so a car is useful.

A very pleasant discovery. Excellent for short stay accommodation. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely linen including hand towels and facewashers as well as bath towels. Small complex, with a personal touch, in a well located area providing a great base for sightseeing/attractions all around Albany. We highly recommend this establishment.Quiet location, lovely motel.
Was lucky enough to find Harbourside during a web search. This small motel set in Frenchmen Bay is just what you need for a short or even long stay. With a kitchenette stocked with sufficient to cook occasional meals and certainly able to provide your own breakfast, it has microwave, electric frypan, kettle and toaster with sufficient crockery etc. There is a small bathroom and a large bed-sitting room with comfortable chairs provided. The bed was comfortable and as everyone has reviewed, the whole area is immaculately clean, fresh and bright. There is a small outside patio with table and chairs where you can eat your breakfast with attendant magpies to enhance your morning. Our host was friendly and welcoming and you felt you could ask for any assistance needed. We didn’t need any having spent many happy holidays in Albany.
