Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

One Night Bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Two or more night bookings require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior of the arrival date a refund of payment or deposit minus a $35.00 administration fee will be given.

Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date no refund is payable and payment of the total booking is required unless dates are able to be rebooked.
