Our Recently updated Ensuited Cabins have an inside toilet and shower, along with everything you’ll need for a down south getaway.

Or you could book a stay in one of the Cabins for a comfortable weekend getaway.

Caravan sites are also available to suit all types of caravans and crossovers. Sites are shady.

We have the facilities to make your camping experience an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
We have a range of facilities to suit everyones holiday. Gracetown Caravan Park is set in a natural bush location close to Cowaramup Bay with camping sites that have all the modern convinces like a camp kitchen and clean ablutions. Camping can be great fun, setting up the tent, exploring new places, spending the day at the beach and just getting out there and living! Gracetown Caravan Park offers powered and unpowered camp sites on level ground with shady trees and plenty of wildlife and wildflowers to see. Camping sites are separated by trees and small bush walking tracks for everyone to enjoy a little bit of private space. With kangaroos and possums you won’t even know you’re in a caravan park until you have a hot shower after fishing, surfing and swimming all day. Take advantage of the camp kitchen and cook up a yummy meal. We bring the goods to you during the school holidays! Make the most of the activities available and holiday services when you come camping.

cabins have a double bed in one room with linen provided and then 1 set of bunks (fitted sheet and pillow provided only), kitchen and tv in the main room. Please note cabins do not have their own bathroom you need to use the communal toilet / shower block which is approximately 50 metres away. Please also bring towels with you. You can hire linen and towels for $8.00 per person per stay. Cot and highchair can be hired free of charge.

The ensuited caravan has a double bed (linen supplied) in the main van along with a lounge, tv and kitchen. In the attached hard annexe is 2 single beds with linen supplied, shower and toilet, table and chairs. Cot is provided free of charge if required.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation Policy / Refunds
Outside 14 days a full refund applies less $30 cancellation fee for sites and $50 for accommodation units. Cancellations within 14 days
deposits are non refundable. Peak Season cancellations incur a $50 fee for sites outside 28 days and $80 for accommodation units. Within 28 days of arrival deposits are non refundable. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Directions

Travelling from Perth, turn right approximately two kilometres south of Cowaramup into Cowaramup Bay Road, follow for approximately six kilometres, cross over Caves Road and the caravan park is about 100 metres on right. From Margaret River, drive north on Bussell Highway, turn left in Carters Road (first left after the bridge) continue to Caves Road, turn right into Caves Road, approximately seven kilometres further along, turn left into Cowaramup Bay Road and the Caravan Park is approximately 100 metres on right from the corner.

Classic Caravan Park with top service

As one of the most affordable accomodation options in the area, we have stayed here several times over the years. On this occasion we stayed in one of the basic cabins and found it to be clean, comfortable and the perfect place to base ourselves.
The ammenities are pretty standard for an older caravan park, however have great water pressure and temperature. We used the kitchenette in our cabin and found it to be user friendly with everything we needed with the added bonus of a freezer - great for refreezing ice bricks to keep the esky cold for all of the fabulous produce we purchased on our trip.
The owners are friendly and extremely helpful and are more than happy to help with queries about where to go and what to visit. Would stay here again,

Great place

Stayed here whilst exploring Margaret river. Well located just 15 minutes out of Margaret river. Really friendly staff and well set up for families. Free Mini golf, playground, tennis & basketball court and jumping pillow. Staff really know the area well and are great at suggesting places to visit. Good size sites. Clean camp ground with good facilities. Would defiantly recommend staying here.
