Set in an immaculately maintained and quiet complex the Esplanade apartment is an affordable place to stay for visitors seeking quality, comfort, relaxation and refinement in beach side living.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully self contained luxury apartment overlooks the tranquil waters of Mangles Bay on Palm Beach, the most popular Rockingham swimming beach .

The stunning interior is fresh, light, stylish and superbly decorated with tasteful furnishings and fittings. The deluxe modern kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances. The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and front courtyard overlook the waterfront. The spacious main bedroom complete with en suite and walk in robe has a Queen size bed and overlooks the bay. The attractive second and third bedrooms, both with built in robes have a double and 2 single beds respectively. The laundry has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a lock up garage.

Great pride is taken in the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the apartment. Come, stay a few days, a week or two or even longer, the choice is yours. You will find it a treat, want to return and recommend it to your friends.

The apartment is a non smoking establishment. It is not suitable for young children.

Palm Beach is directly opposite the complex and the Rockingham cafe strip, restaurants and specialty shops are within walking distance. There is a deli nearby in addition to a super market which opens daily from 7.00am to 9.00pm.

The sheltered beach is great for swimming, fishing, boating and Dolphin Watch tours are close by. You can swim with the dolphins, visit a nearby island or sail in the protected bay. Other attractions within short driving distance are wineries, wildlife parks, tourist drives, golf, fitness facilities and excellent shopping centres.

Main bedroom has queensize bed with walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom has double bed and built in robes. Third bedroom has two single beds and built in robes. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen included in tarriff. Kitchen is modern/deluxe with all cooking appliances and equipment. Keys to be collected and returned to Rockingham Visitor Centre.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

4 nights minimum stay @ $185pn November/December January/February for 2 people
4 nights minimum stay @ $145 per night March to October inclusive for 2 persons
3 nights negotiable if there is a commensurate gap.

Cancellation fees will be deducted as follows:
$250.00 non refundable deposit
Cancellation up to one (1) month prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation one (1) to seven (7) days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fee. Cancellation on day of arrival 100% cancellation fee.

No pets allowed

After hours emergency call out to owner will incur a call out fee of up to $150.

From Rockingham Visitor Centre in Kent Street turn right into Railway St and left into Rockingham Beach Road. Continue on right into Val Street past the Cruising Yacht Club and left along the Esplanade to the Dolphin Court Complex.
