The house is decorated in country / beach style and has beds for 5.
Open style living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6, and a comfy lounge which converts to a double bed.
For entertainment when you don’t want to explore the area or laze on the beach, there is a large wall mounted TV with Apple TV connected (you will need your own Apple ID to sign in), some games and books, and wifi is connected.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living room.
3 bedrooms, main with queen size bed, bedroom 2 with single bed and 3rd bedroom with single bunk beds.
There is also an additional room which could be used as a play room.
Main bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
Laundry is equipped with a washing machine. Linen and towels are provided.
A porta-cot, with linen, and high chair are also provided.
We welcome pets into the house, but please note that the yard is not fully fenced.
Double garage available for use (not lockable) and plenty of space in the backyard for parking boats, vans, or trailers.
This is a great house for relaxing and wonderful location to explore the area.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival full refund minus the booking agent fee; cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours the operator cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking price + the booking agent cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival there is no refund.

Wonderful House
Wonderful house in a quiet location, large backyard, stylish, comfortable interiors. Worked perfectly for our family of 5.. we really loved the comfortable beds, Apple TV, great washing machine, good setup for family meals..Perfect Location
Great little house and location is perfect. So close to the beach, iga and BP at the end of the street less than a minute away. Liked the parking behind the house made it feel secure to park there and the house itself was very clean and spacious for 5 adults.
