Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. CLAIRE'S PLACE CANCELLATION POLICY
- During peak seasons cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments.
- No show and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival regardless of season will forfeit all payment/s.

Had a great stay at holiday haven they helped us during a blackout and storm with some candles and torches and were lovely to communicate with. Very comfy stay right in town!There was everything we needed!
Claire's place/ Holiday Haven is walking distance to the river and cafes. It was easy to find, clean, cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had also been updated with new cabinets and appliances. We enjoyed our stay there.Comfortable family stay!
Although we did not get to meet Claire personally, she ensured that the lights of the house was on when we arrived in the evening. Claire's place is conveniently located and comfortable for 4 people.
