Located approximately 20 minutes South of Yallingup and 20 minutes North of the Margaret River township, this property lies in the heart of the Margaret River wine region.
The luxurious self-contained chalet is fully equipped and sleeps up to 6, comprised of three separate bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The main bathroom contains a hydro spa.
A traditional log fire adds to the ambiance of the property during the cooler months and a spacious balcony offers spectacular views of the property and opens up from the main living area, as well as other fronts of the property.
An outdoor alfresco and fire pit area offer ideal entertaining opportunities, a baby grand piano awaits in the main living area, or you may choose to row across the private lake.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Tarriffs range from $280-$450 AUD (Australian Dollars) per night
For groups of more than four people an extra cost of $35 per person per night applies.
Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a surcharge of $250 will apply.
All booking for this property attract a $66 non refundable Booking Fee & a fully refundable security bond

Cracking Spot!
Great place and location for all the family to enjoy. House is beautiful and very well equipped. Mandy at CB was fantastic too and saw to our last minute booking changes very quickly and promptly. Charlie Bravo is close to perfect! A beautiful home created with obvious love & attention to detail. The property has three large bedrooms each with their own ensuite, large living & deck area with a garden & view that radiates calm & peace. Charlie Bravo is surrounded by wonderful wineries, restaurants & beaches. What more could you want?Perfect
Very comfortable. well maintained and fantastically equipped house (especially the kitchen which had everything you could possibly need!). We loved its location which was very quiet and peaceful but close to some excellent wineries. The kids loved the boating lake and boat out the back. We will definitely return.
