Quiet oasis nestled in a bustling city. Close to town and all amenities. Walking distance from town and the iconic jetty. Gateway to the Margaret River wine region and the many tourist attractions in this region.

Whether it's our self-contained villas, apartments or Luxury Glamping tents, we have a range of accommodation to suit everyone.

We offer 1 and 2 bed villas that can accommodate up to 6 guests, and one bed studio apartments for up to 4 guests. We are sure this will become your home away from home while you enjoy the sights that Busselton and surrounds have to offer.

Guest facilities include an outdoor pool (seasonal), children’s playground, swings, games room, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, glampers kitchen, guest laundries and more… Located directly opposite our establishment is the West Busselton Shopping Centre (IGA, Chemist, Newsagency, Post Office, Cafe and Cape Cellars) for all your needs.

The Glamping Tents are dog friendly on the following conditions: No puppies are allowed. Up to two small dogs OR one medium dog is allowed. There is a fee of $20 per night per dog. On these conditions they are dog friendly all year round. We offer a seniors and group discounts and welcome leavers exclusively every year during leavers week.

Our two bedroom villas cater for up to six people. A Queen bed in main bedroom and 2 sets of bunks is second bedroom. A spacious lounge,dining and kitchen area. Fridge, microwave and all cooking facilities,Fresh linen provided. Our Two Bedroom Villas overlook the childrens playground and pool. Great for Families BUNKS NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS.

One Bedroom Studio Apartments (Sleeps 4)

Our large one bedroom studio villas cater for four people (2 Adults, 2 Children) and feature queen size bed in seperate bedroom and a set of bunks in the living area; lounge, dining and kitchen area; fridge, microwave and all basic cooking facilities, Bathroom, Balcony, RC Air con, TV. Our glamping accommodation is an intimate getaway under the stars surrounded by peppermint trees, alfresco escapes, all near to the beach! Forget about pitching a tent: glamping offers luxury with minimal effort. Experience luxury camping at its best! Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

First nights accommodation taken as deposit at time of booking. For one night only full amount. Fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. After that 21 days 20% charge. 14 days 50% charge and 7 days 100%
Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
All prices quoted are G.S.T. inclusive.

Nice place close to Beach

Nice and comfortable place to stay with everything you need and close to the beach. The Staff are Excellent and very helpful.

Lovely Spacious Rooms

We only had one night's stay, but after travelling around for a week this place was a real highlight. Great decor and layout and comfortable.

We were a last minute booking which they took in without issue. Very friendly and helpful. The park was spotless. The bathrooms and showers, spotless. Very very happy considering the small amount of money they charge. 11/10 would recommend
