Description
Each of the well-appointed rooms offer air-conditioning and heating, comfortable bedding, flat screen TV, FREE WIFI, Kettle, Toaster and Small Fridge, as well as ample free onsite parking, a shaded lawn area with picnic benches, and a free gas BBQ for use.
Our onsite guest laundry is low cost to use and includes ironing facilities, a clothesline and a free to use dryer. Linen is provided and rooms are serviced daily. Substantial low cost breakfast packs can be purchased prior to arrival or from reception for as little as $12.50.
We also offer all our guests complimentary use of our sister holiday park facilities just 100 metres down the road which includes a Pool, Children's Playground, Games Room, BBQ Areas and plenty of grassed shaded grounds for the children to play in.
With a philosophy focused on cleanliness and friendly service, we understand people need a place to stay that offers a great experience. Our variety of room types means there’s always something to suit, no matter what your visit to Busselton is for.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Low/ shoulder Season
Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Busselton Motel and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.
High Season (20th December – end of January Easter Long Weekends & Special Events)
Booking cancellations made in high season must be made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If a cancellation is made within 60 days your deposit will be forfeited.
Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Busselton Motel and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.
Busselton Motel is unable to accept guests travelling for School Leaver festivities.

Good Place to Stay
A good place to stay in Busselton for a very good price. It's located near the jetty and on Bussell hwy. The room has everything you need. It's clean and good help from the staff. Thanks to this place we can enjoy our stay here and travel the surroundingsHassel Free

I love the hot shower, and the bed was so comfy. I didn't hear any noise from the road. The air conditioner was on when I arrived, it kept the room comfortable. The receptionist was very understanding and didn't ask me lots of questions, cause I was so tired. My car was parked outside the door, so it was safe too.
