Choose from either an exclusive Bay Beach House that enjoys direct beach frontage, breath taking views of the bay and Cape Naturaliste, or an immaculately finished Grove Beach House privately nestled in the cool confines of the Peppermint trees.
Our Bay Beach House offers 5 bedrooms with 4 beautifully appointed bathrooms on 2 levels, spacious enough to accommodate 14 people in luxurious comfort. Just perfect for the largest of families or sharing with friends. Or able to be dual keyed to 2 seperate apartments for smaller family groups
The Grove Beach house offers 4 bedrooms with 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms. The Grove can easily accommodate up to 10 guests but also able to be keyed to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a more intimate stay..
With luxury furnishings, modern finishes and state of the art media technology through out each Beach House, we offer the best of indoor / outdoor living. To further indulge, several Beach Houses include private heated plunge pools.
Aqua Resort is also the perfect location for your wedding. With a beautiful water front location, grassed and landscaped gardens under the shade of mature peppermint trees; ideal for a picturesque marquee style wedding.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty of full amount of accommodation. Early departures whilst in house are non refundable. Peak Period Cancellation Policy is that cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival date to avoid full amount of accommodation charge. PEAK: January December and Easter weekend.

Located a leisurely 2 and half hours drive southwest of Perth, Western Australia through the coastal towns of Mandurah and Bunbury.. We are approx. 6.5 kms from the Busselton town centre driving south along Bussell Hwy toward Dunsborough. Located on the right hand side of the Highway.

Busselton Race Ready
We stayed at Aqua Resort for the Ironman race in December 2023.Staff were helpful from an initial call, through email contact prior to arrival and friendly when checking in.
Perfect location to be close to Busselton while having privacy and space from the main town.
Accommodation was clean and had everything needed for the week plus the amenities (including beach access) were and added bonus.
Would recommend anyone flying in for a holiday to use Aqua Resort and for any Ironman racers it’s worth staying here for the convenience and comfort pre and post race.
Fantastic Family Experience
Stayed in the upstairs apartment (3x2). Apartment was clean, well maintained and right by the beach. Facilities felt pretty much brand new despite the resort having been around for years. Overall experience was 5 stars and next stay at Busselton will definitely be at Aqua.Peaceful luxury
The villa was outstanding. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . The lounge and dining room furniture was very modern, for us this wasn't great because we are older and all modern furniture is so close to the ground! But others would love it. The television was very small considering the size of the room, not a big deal but to TV addicts this may be disappointing. The complex was very peaceful, perfectly located and the gardens made the outdoor space very private.
