Description

This south facing beach inspired home is perfectly laid out for two families or groups, with open plan living, dining and kitchen leading out onto a magnificent deck, enjoy all that Exmouth has to offer.

Families or adult groups can be catered for with the flexible layout. Lots of showers, separate toilets and bathrooms means plenty of room for everyone during those busy morning and evening times.

Prepare your evening meals in this well-appointed kitchen with a walk in pantry, electric cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the open plan lounge dining there is plenty of seating for the whole family including a queen sized sofa bed and Foxtel.

As a single storey, this home is generously proportioned,

In addition there are two other showers one located in the laundry the other outside perfect for a quick rinse off after a day out on the beach.

Outside on the deck enjoy a bubbly or a beer, cooking dinner on the four burner barbeque, and watch the sunset across the canals. You can also wander down the stairs to your own private jetty with space for a 15m boat just waiting to take you out onto the gulf.

There is parking for three vehicles and two boats/ trailers, with clearance under the car port of 2.7m.

Please note: Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Sorry no pets, or smoking inside and noise restrictions apply between 10pm -8am.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. You will be contacted via sms prior to arrival how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine the numerous local restaurants and cafes offer. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitors Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

We had a fantastic stay in this house. The fishing off the jetty was great fun for the 2 grandchildren. We had plenty of space for the 7 adults 2 children. Would highly recommend this house to families very comfortable. Frost family.

A refundable security deposit may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable, the accommodation provider will contact you to advise, inclusive of the deposit amount and its payment terms. Upon making your booking, you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellations by Guest and Unused Services
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.

All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.

Where written notification of a cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival the Agent may at its discretion allow the Guest to transfer the booking (for the same Property only) to another date less a transfer fee of $44.

Transfers must have an arrival date within one year of the cancellation. If the Guest does not transfer the booking to another date then the Guest will forfeit their deposit unless the Property can be rebooked. In which case a pro rata refund will only be made to the Guest for the dates rebooked less the $44 booking fee and $165 cancellation fee.

Where written notification of a cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival the Agent may at its discretion provide a pro rata refund for only the dates rebooked less the $44 booking fee and $165 cancellation fee. Regardless of any discretionary refund by the Agent the Guest is liable for full payment of the booking whether or not that payment has been made or occupation of the Property occurs.

Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.

The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Security Bond and Extra Charges

Guests are required to provide credit card details for a security bond of at least $500 which is held by a financial institution during the stay. The security bond is required prior to arrival and the hold released within a reasonable time after the Property has been inspected following departure.

If a credit card is not available then the Agent will require the Guest to make a payment of $500 which will be returned to the Guest within a reasonable time after the property has been inspected following departure.

The Agent reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from the security bond and claim extra charges for expenses such as but not limited to:

a)Damage to the Property furniture fixtures and fittings
b)Loss or damage to household items (eg. linen appliances)
c)Disturbance to neighbors
d)Excessive cleaning costs
e)Rubbish removal
