Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
50% deposit required with all reservations unless booking is within 14 days of arrival then must be paid in full. Cancellations incur one day cancellation fee if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival unless the property is re-booked.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

From Albany CBD travel east along Lockyer Avenue at roundabout take Ulster Road. Travel east along Lower King Road, right into Elizabeth Street which becomes Alison Parade.

Wisteria Cottage has been our go-to place to stay in the Albany area since 2010. The owners work hard to keep the premises up to speed, and, given the rate, the property represents excellent value for money. I tried to book in again for New Year and sadly , but unsurprisingly, Wisteria Cottage was booked out - (Gutted!). Suffice to say, every time I ask my kids where they’d like to stay (my daughter is 14 now, and son 10), I expect them to say ‘somewhere else…’ but they always, always, ask about Wisteria Cottage…! The proprietors have got something really special going on here; it's a really lovely place to stay, and you will be hard pressed to find 2 harder working owners who ensure that guests are vitalled on arrival with fresh eggs and milk! Thanks so much to Angela for letting me and my family stay at her cottage in Albany. The place was clean and tidy, we were well provided for and her communication was second to none throughout the stay. If you are thinking about stopping in Albany then I'd drfinitely recommend you give it a try here. Can't say enough good things about it.
