We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
For bookings through Geraldton Visitors Centre if cancellation occurs more than 5 days before arrival a cancellation fee of $25.00 will occur (exclusive of the Geraldton Visitor Centre cancellation fee) if booked through the GVC.
If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before arrival one nights accommodation will be forfeited exclusive of the Geraldton Visitor Centre cancellation fee if booked through the GVC.

Directions
From the north: follow Highway 1 all the way to the interchange. At the interchange follow the port (wharf) signs, passing under the bridge. Turn first right on (Fitzgerald street) then left at the roundabout onto Shenton, then first right on Gregory. Weelaway is 50m on your left. Parking at rear.
From the east: Past the airport, turn left at the T-junction on Highway 1, pass under the bridge. First right on Fitzgerald street then left at the roundabout and first right into Gregory. Weelaway is 50m on your left.
From the south: From Highway 1 turn left at the interchange (on top of the bridge). First right on Fitzgerald street then left at the roundabout onto Shenton then first right on Gregory. Weelaway is 50m on your left.

Lovely spot
This is a lovely converted villa with a small number of rooms and a separate cottage. Each room has an en-suite and there is a fully equipped kitchen and shared lounge. Pricing was very reasonable. It’s close to town but in a quiet spot. I highly recommend.comfortable accommodation, reasonably priced, historic charm
Stayed overnight in the Xavier Herbert room. Very comfortable with all amenities (I had a sticky beak, there was an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, everything you'd need for a longer stay). The bathroom was new, water hot. Use of kitchen would make a longer holiday economical as you could self-cater. Room was super quiet. Everything was clean. I'd stay again if I travel north.
