Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
WINE FOR DUDES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Wine for Dudes Wine Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control including not reaching minimum daily numbers. (NB: PLEASE KEEP YOUR MOBILE PHONES ON SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU) in such cases or please let us know alternative land line number or phone us from a land line number the evening or morning of tour to check in if you realise you have no mobile reception. There are many areas within the region without mobile reception.
In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour an alternative tour of equal value or a full refund.
Cancellation policy..
All bookings outside of 72 hours prior to the tour will incur a 10% administration/merchant fee.
Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the tour departing and 'no shows' will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Other important stuff...
Tour guests (who are tasting wine/beer) must be 18+ years of age and should not drink alcohol 8 hours prior to tour. Tour drivers and Cellar Door staff are RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified and keep a constant eye out for the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times. Passengers that endanger or disrupt this priority will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour.
The wineries we visit are small boutique family run wineries where we are their guests and need to respect them by behaving accordingly. A good reputation among Cellar Doors for a safe and enjoyable experience is another top priority for Wine for Dudes.
Consuming alcohol is not permitted on or beside vehicles. The Wine for Dudes fleet are 'TC' licensed vehicles. Just like any other public transport vehicle heavy fines apply for drinking on the bus to both passengers and drivers on or beside the bus!
All wineries and breweries have a 'Producer Only License' which means that only alcohol that can be consumed on the premises has to be made from that premises. Strict new RSA laws combined with public liability issues mean that alcohol can only be consumed in specific designated areas at each premises.
Although every effort will be made to include individual requests (ie: requests to stop at a specific wineries or breweries) in some cases not all requests can be catered for. We will do our best though! :)
REQUIREMENTS: Casual tidy dress a positive attitude and a clear head. It is also recommended to bring a bottle of WATER especially in the hot Summer months.
Please let us know any dietary requirements prior to the tour - including any pregnant ladies - so that we can cater for you accordingly.

Door to door pick up & drop off! (Within a 10minute radius of Margaret River, Yallingup, and Dunsborough; & south of the Busselton Jetty.
Other transfer options available for those just south of Margaret River.
Good transfer rates avail for Bunbury and Augusta and places further afield.

Highly recommend jumping on a tour of the Margaret River wine region with Wine for Dudes (not just for dudes!). The Team in the office were amazing to deal with and extremely accommodating. Our host, Jeremy was a legend! We didn't feel rushed at all and the venues we were taken to were all unique and special with character and charm. The lunch was delicious! We couldn't have asked for a better group to be paired with as well and made some great friends by the end of the tour which was just the cherry on top! Started with on time pickup at our accommodation near Dunsborough at 10am. We visited 5 wonderful wineries and had a huge lunch at “swings and roundabouts” (included in the tour cost). Last stop Wild Hop Brewery then dropped off 5.30pm. Fantastic day out for my wife and I, highly recommend Wine for Dudes!Amazing!
What a great day. Great tour with great staff, wines and a nice beer stop thrown in. Fun, informative, super relaxed. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy tasting wine without needing to worry about driving. Really impressed. Thank you Wine For Dudes. My wife and I had a ball
